Confirmed Measles Cases in Rockland Jumps to 215

The number of confirmed measles cases in Rockland is now up to 215, 82 percent of them are in kids 18 years old or younger. Rockland’s county executive re-instated the state of emergency late last month that had been shot down by a judge, but Ed Day says by and large, the local Orthodox community, where international visitors first brought the measles, has been cooperative…

Day says anyone entering the country should have to prove they are immunized against contagious diseases. For more information on the measles, click here.
