North Rockland roadways continue to be shut down following the rainstorm and flash floods from last Sunday. Among them the Palisades Interstate Parkway from exit 14 north to Route 6, Route 6 from 293 west to the Bear Mountain Bridge, and the Goat Trail in Westchester. Portions of Route 9W in Stony Point have repoened, as has the Bear Mountain Bridge, though portions of 9W north of the bridge remain closed.
