Kenny says they already have an ideal location by the Orangeburg Stop and Shop off Route 303. Chick-fil-A was among several national chains, including Shake Shack, Panera and Panda Express, that were announced last month to be coming to New York as part of the Thruway Authority’s $450 million project to renovate 27 rest stops across the state.
