Clarkstown Police: 15 year-old in Chile Called in Threat that Sent Felix Festa into Lockdown

The Clarkstown Police Detective Bureau identified a 15 year-old boy from the country of Chile as the one who called the Middle School claiming there was a gunman inside. Clarkstown Police Detective Peter Walker says he and an unidentified Clarkstown student had met while playing a video game on the internet…

The case against the Clarkstown student will be handled in Youth Court but police say they are unable to extradite the teen from Chile. There were no injuries involved in the incident.
