An unidentified child was reportedly not seriously hurt after some frightening moments caught on a surveillance camera in Monsey. News 12 says Ramapo police are investigating the incident in which the child could be seen running in front of a school bus as it starts to pull away Wednesday morning near Horton and Bates Drives.
