Rodriguez was to be arraigned on Friday, but reportedly the grand jury’s indictment has been paused until his mental health issues are taken care of. He’s also charged with possessing a loaded gun, arson, tampering with evidence, and concealing a human corpse. He was taken to the Mid-Hudson Forensic Psychiatric Center after he was examined by a jail psychiatrist. No additional court dates have been set yet.
