Another adjournment in the case of the New City man charged in the deaths of his infant twin children after leaving them in a hot car over the summer. 39-year-old Juan Rodriguez was in a Bronx courtroom yesterday, where prosecutors have still yet to decide whether to take the case to a grand jury or drop the charges. The twins were in the car all day last July, and weren’t discovered until Rodriguez got off work at a VA Hospital in the Bronx. He faces charges of manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide and endangering the welfare of a child. They’ll be back in court in April.
