Broadway in NYC — Crime, and Economy of Greater Concern Than COVID

Since March of 2020, COVID was single-handedly responsible for bringing down lots of businesses, particular in the city, which depends on tourism and theater-goers to keep the lights on Broadway on. Tony award-winning producer and WRCR market analyst Ken Mahoney of Mahoney Asset Management in Chestnut Ridge says these days it’s crime and the economy that need to get under control before the tourists and audiences can help Broadway get back to full capacity…

The 75th annual Tony Awards were held earlier this month, marking the first full Broadway season following the COVID lockdowns.
