A North Rockland businessman who died tragically in a car crash on Father’s Day is being honored with a blood drive today in West Haverstraw. The New York Blood Center is hosting today’s blood drive for Italian Food Center owner Anthony Apostolico. He was killed when a tree fell on his car on the Palisades Parkway while he was heading to his Orange County home from the deli. Donors can sign up using this special link so your donation is made in his memory.
