The Arts Council of Rockland’s “Winter Fest 2023” is coming to West Nyack on Sunday. The free event celebrates local artists and their creative spirit. The event is being held Sunday, December 10th from noon to 6pm at Palisades Center in West Nyack on level one, near Macy’s.
