Area Lawmaker: NY Needs to be More Business-Friendly

The head of the NY Chapter of the National Federation of Independent Business told the Albany Business Journal that the state’s new budget does help small business with its property tax cap, and they were also helped when other proposals such as a prevailing wage mandate and an expansion of the bottle deposit bill were dropped during budget negotiations.
