Area Assemblyman: NY AG Report Into Gov’s Sex Harassment Allegations Could Take Another Month

It could be another month before New York’s Attorney General’s independent report over sexual harassment claims made against the governor comes out. Rockland Assemblyman Mike Lawler says the assembly’s failure to bring impeachment proceedings, and going instead with an investigation, served only as a delay tactic to help the governor and get through the budget process …

There’s also the ongoing federal investigation into the governor’s handling of nursing homes during the pandemic. And while the Federal Highway Administration has found no safety concerns with the new Tappan Zee Bridge, Rockland Congressman Mondaire Jones and others have asked the Department of Transportation to review potential structural deficiencies of the bridge.
