December 12, 2022 by Jeff Lewis

It’s been 34 years, but the U.S. Justice Department announced yesterday that an alleged mastermind behind the Pan Am Flight 103 terror attack is finally in U.S. custody to face charges. Mark Zwynenburg, a 29 year-old from West Nyack, was among the 270 people killed when the plane exploded over Lockerbie, Scotland. Two others have also been charged in the attack.
