In his last month on the job, the interim CEO of Starbucks has done an about-face and agreed to testify in the Senate about the company’s labor practices. Starbucks had offered to send other executives more expert in the committee’s specific topics to testify. Schultz is leaving this month as CEO, but will remain on the Board.
