Ramapo unanimously adopted its budget for 2021 on Friday but not before making a few additional cuts. Supervisor Michael Specht says the $117 million spending plan is about $7 million lower than 2020’s budget, and well below the mandated tax cap. The tax implications are different depending where you live in the town.
