Rockland and the Mid-Hudson region are cleared to enter Phase three of the state’s re-opening today. Phase 3 includes the lifting of the requirement for governments to operate with a limit of 50% of staff on-site. COVID-19 by the numbers now, the state has confirmed over 388,000 total cases and 24,739 deaths, only 14 more than yesterday.
