Nyack College could have a buyer, but at last week’s South Nyack village board meeting they didn’t reveal who it might be. The college was there to request a special permit to allow for multi-family and single-family use of existing structures. Kenny says as a for-profit entity the project would bring construction jobs and tax revenue into local municipalities. It’s been a year-and-a-half since the college announced they’d be consolidating classes at their New York City campus.
