A New Jersey man who reportedly acted erratically at two schools in North Rockland was arrested late last week. That’s according to News 12. Haverstraw Police say the unidentified 32-year-old man reportedly went to Thiells Elementary School looking for someone. He then went to Willow Grove Elementary School to look for the person, and drove onto the front sidewalk. No threats were made and he reportedly did not have a weapon. He was arrested by two school resource officers, and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, reckless endangerment and harassment. He was being held at the Rockland County Jail.
