The MTA’s fifth public hearing was held yesterday evening seeking more feedback on their controversial Central Business District (CBD) Tolling Program, more commonly known as congestion pricing. Rockland and other west-of-Hudson commuters and others going south of 60th street in Manhattan are probably going to pay the most once congestion pricing likely gets the go-ahead by the end of next year.
