Live Nation, the owner of Ticketmaster, is putting together a plan to offer refunds for concerts and events that have been postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic. The move comes after widespread criticism of their policy that would have only refunded cancelled events. According to Billboard magazine, the new program will give fans the choice of getting a full refund or up to 150% of their ticket value as “Concert Cash” that can be used on future events.
