Nearly a thousand people came out for yesterday’s Senior Fair at the RCC Field House in Suffern. The event was put together by Rockland State Senator Bill Weber and featured more than 100 informational booths from area companies, organizations and government agencies. The Senior Fair first began under former state Senator David Carlucci, who was also in attendance at the event. Among the vendors, Montefiore Nyack Hospital, the State Comptroller’s Office, the Spring Hill Ambulance Corps which gave CPR demonstrations, the Red Cross, local libraries, Veolia, O&R, and WRCR Radio.
