Legoland New York, scheduled for a July 4th opening in Goshen, has moved that to 2021, due to the coronavirus outbreak. No specific date has yet been determined. If you already purchased season passes or single-day tickets they’ll be honored when the resort opens next year.

Spring Valley Man’s Criminally Negligent Homicide Conviction Overturned
A Spring Valley man’s criminally negligent homicide conviction has been overturned by a state appeals panel. Phylip Derival had been found guilty in the non-jury trial after a 2013 accident on the Palisades Parkway in which 26 year-old Justin Goings, a passenger in his car, was killed. The Journal News says the panel voted 3-2, deciding the Rockland District Attorney’s witnesses lacked credibility and sometimes gave contradictory testimony.

Rockland County Seeks State Assistance as Cases of Coronavirus Continue to Climb
