Plastic Bag Ban Now in its 6th Month…is Your Local Store Recycling Them?

New York’s plastic bag ban has now been in effect about six months. It got started last spring, but when COVID started the ban was temporarily shelved. Phillips says if you come across a store that should be taking the bags back, call your local town hall and let them know.
