NY Governor Opens NYC Dining Valentine’s Day, if the Numbers Continue Downward Trends

New York’s governor announced Friday indoor dining in New York City can reopen at 25 percent capacity on Valentine’s Day, assuming the trajectory continues its current downward trends. Marriage receptions can also resume March 15th, but they must be approved by the local health department. There will be a 50 percent capacity with no more than 150 people in attendance. And all guests must be tested prior to the event.
