NYPD Officer Faces Disciplinary Charges in Fatal Shooting of Spring Valley Man

An NYPD police officer who was acquitted of killing a Spring Valley man in an alleged road-rage incident now faces departmental disciplinary charges. The Associated Press says 37 year-old Delrawn Small was killed when he was shot by off-duty Officer Wayne Isaacs in Brooklyn. Isaacs had testified that he shot Small in self-defense. A Brooklyn jury acquitted him in November 2017.
