Rockland’s COVID Micro-clusters Show Improvement but Red Zones Remain Red

COVID micro-clusters in Rockland are showing improvement over last week, but the red zones haven’t changed yet. The state says the COVID positivity rate went down from 4.5 to 3.6. The governor has criticized lax social distancing by some in those areas of Ramapo that have been hardest hit, mostly in Orthodox and Hasidic populations.
