Things to Do in Rockland: Concerts, Movies and Baseball

It’s concert night in Clarkstown. Supervisor George Hoehmann says the “Kick Start Charlie” concert originally scheduled for last week is being held tonight at the Lake Nanuet Ballfield…

The concert gets underway tonight at the Lake Nanuet Ballfield at 7:30. Haverstraw supervisor Howard Phillips says it’s concert night tonight in his town as well…

Tonight’s show is at Bowline at 7:30. Or if live music isn’t your cup of tea, the Blauvelt Lions tonight are starting a 4-day drive-in fundraiser in the Pfizer-IRG North Parking Lot in Pearl River. Barbara Chambers is the head of fundraising for the Lions Club, and says the goal of the fundraiser is two-fold: one, to give people something safe to do, and two, to start raising money for various causes, as most of their efforts have been thwarted this year due to the pandemic…

The movie starts tonight at 7pm, and the cost is $30 plus tax per car, half of that goes to the Lions. Tonight’s film is “Captain Marvel.” For more information visit https://www.StarsAndCarsCinema.com.

Or, if you prefer live baseball, the Rockland Boulders take on the Skylands Cardinals tonight in Pomona in the All-American Baseball Challenge. Game time is 7pm. For more information visit PalisadesCreditUnionPark.com.
