Power Almost All Back to Rockland Electric Customers, Fallout from Preparation and Response Continues

Just about everyone in the O&R service area has their power back following last week’s tropical storm. There’s just over 200 customers out, around half of them in Rockland. Now the company is facing the fallout from its preparation and preparedness.
