An Orangetown man is being held in a Texas jail after he was linked by police to an incident in Northvale, New Jersey last month. DailyVoice.com says 21 year-old Carson Goodman of Sparkill, who is white, reportedly made racist comments to three black women at a Bergen County liquor store, then smashed their car with a baseball bat. Two of the women were injured and he reportedly fled the scene. He reportedly drove to relative’s home in Texas, where he struck a 400-pound wild boar on a local highway. Officers there discovered he was on the run from Bergen County. He is being held in the Pecos County Jail in Fort Stockton.
