Second NYS Resident with Coronavirus Confirmed in Westchester

The man is from New Rochelle, and a local synagogue, Young Israel, has been ordered to halt services immediately and congregants who attended services there on February 22nd or 23rd have been ordered by the Westchester County Health Commissioner to self-quarantine because they may have been exposed. The governor, meanwhile, signed a bill yesterday adding $40 million to fight the virus and boosting cleaning efforts in places like schools and public transportation.
