Monsey Hanukkah Stabbing Victim, in Coma Since Attack, Opens Eyes

After nearly two months in the hospital in a coma, the most seriously injured victim of the Monsey Hanukkah attack has opened his eyes. Rabbi Yisroel Kahan, who is a Ramapo Police Department community liaison, Tweeted late Tuesday that Joseph Neuman is also showing other other signs of improvement. 37 year-old Grafton Thomas of Greenwood Lake faces state and federal charges in the attack.
