A $10 million religious discrimination lawsuit has been filed against the town of Clarkstown, the supervisor and Nanuet’s CUPON group claiming they blocked an Orthodox Jewish girls school from buying the Grace Baptist Church. Lohud.com says the school’s federal lawsuit claims the defendants prevented the academy from getting the approvals needed to buy the property, which the town ended up purchasing.
