NY/NJ to Establish Toll Payer Advocate Offices

Though New York’s governor slammed the brakes on the Toll Payer Protection Act, authorities in New York and New Jersey announced new Toll Payer Advocate offices will be set up to help customers with cashless tolling bills and disputes.
