Suffern School District Board of Education Gets New President, VP

Two members of the Suffern school board’s minority that opposed the majority’s suspension of the district’s superintendent have been elected as president and vice-president of the board. LoHud.com says Matthew Kern was elected president last night and Paul Shapiro was elected vice president. Superintendent Douglas Adams was accused of hiding information from the board in a case involving a staff member and a student.
