County Officials Confirm 11 Measles Cases in Rockland

County health officials say there are now 11 confirmed measles cases in the County, five primary cases and six secondary cases. At a press conference yesterday, Rockland County Commissioner of Health Doctor Patricia Schnabel Ruppert urged anyone who might need a measles vaccination to get it. The Health Department is hosting two free vaccine clinics, one today and one Friday. Today’s clinic is being held from 4:30pm to 6:30pm at the Community Outreach Center in Monsey. Friday’s clinic is being held from 9:30am to 11:30am at the Pascack Community Center in Nanuet. For more information call 845-364-2997.
