A number of events are being held today to mark the anniversary of the September 11th terror attacks. Haverstraw supervisor Howard Phillips will be at his town’s ceremony at 7pm tonight at town hall…

Other events being held today include one at Haverstraw Bay County Park at 7:30am, the Piermont Firehouse at 8:30, a candlelight vigil at 7 pm at Donna Hallet Park in Suffern, RCC at 12:30, Clarkstown Town Hall at 5pm, Orangetown Town Hall at 6pm, Nyack’s Memorial Park at 7pm, Sloatsburg Athletic Fields at 7pm and Stony Point Town Hall at 7pm.
