NY Gov to Sue Feds for Abandoning Puerto Rico

The announcement of the legal threat follows a summer-long, volunteer rebuilding effort by SUNY and CUNY students in Puerto Rico, in addition to $11 million the Governor committed to support housing and workforce development for displaced Puerto Ricans.
