Stony Point Approves Boat Slip Reduction for Proposed Riverfront Condo Project

The Stony Point Town Board decided earlier this month to allow a riverfront developer to provide fewer boat slips than the law had originally required. The Eagle Bay condo, marina and retail project, which includes 267 riverfront condos, will need to provide one slip for every three condos instead of one for each. Monaghan says there will still be a public scoping session July 31st on the Eagle Bay project in its entirety, covering flooding, EMS coverage and other issues.
