Stony Point Holding Public Hearing on Eagle Bay Condo Development

The Stony Point Town Board is also holding a public hearing tonight on a potential “text amendment” zoning change for a 267-condo riverfront development. The Eagle Bay condo, marina and retail project has been in the works since 2014, when it was known as “The Breakers” and had a different owner.
