That’s Stony Point Supervisor Jim Monaghan, who says he’s done the annual 5K, 10K and Fun Run benefiting Helen Hayes Hospital in the past, but he’s not sure if he’ll be doing it again this Sunday morning…

There will be awards for the top male and female runners, wheelers and handcyclists. For more information on how to register or volunteer, visit http://HelenHayesHospitalFoundation.com. If you give blood the day before it’s probably not a good idea to be running a race the next day, so maybe pick one or the other. Either way, you’re helping the community.
