O&R Customers Who Lost Power During Storms to get Bill Adjustment

If you were without power for three consecutive days or more during the nor’easters of March 2nd and March 7th you’re entitled to a break on your electric bill. O&R spokesman Mike Donovan says in addition to reimbursements for food and medicine spoilage, customers can get an adjustment that will appear as a credit on their bill…

The power outage credit will appear automatically on your bill by the end of May. Those seeking to file for spoilage reimbursements can locate a reimbursement form on O&R’s website. The deadline for spoilage reimbursement is April 15th.
