Report: Feds Investigating Head of New City Investment Firm

The head of a New City investment firm with deep ties to the political and business community here in Rockland is reportedly under a federal microscope for allegedly stealing money from his clients. The Journal News reported Hector May of Orangeburg had his license revoked and he was terminated by the brokerage firm he represented after the investigation by the Justice Department began. May is well-known in Rockland social circles for working with various charitable organizations, including People to People, the Hispanic Coalition of Rockland County, St. Dominic’s Home and more.
