A former Rocklander on parole was arrested for making terroristic threats targeting the Rockland County Clerk’s office. 37 year-old Kim Vasquez of Austin, Texas, was reportedly caught Friday in Congers after a warrant was put out for his arrest for making the threats through the clerk’s website. Vasquez was charged with making the threat, violating parole, and aggravated harassment. He is being held without bail at the Rockland County Jail and is due back in court today.
