RCC (all campuses) has a delayed opening for classes, activities and offices until NOON. Morning classes are cancelled. STAC has a delayed opening at 9:30. Dominican College is opening at 11am.
TRIPS buses: no pickups until 9am. TZx buses are running their regular weekday service. TOR buses are running their regular weekday service except for routes 1, 2 & 3
