Suffern Police are looking for a man they say tried to use another person’s identity to steal thousands of dollars from a local bank. Police say 54 year-old Rafael Vega-Rodriguez of the Bronx tried to scam the Chase Bank on Lafayette Avenue but when a bank teller became suspicious he fled.
