Similar to a “no-knock” list, the proposed “cease-and-desist zone” would regulate activities of real estate agents, which fall under the Department of State’s responsibility. The public can offer their opinions about the proposal until April 16th. If passed, violators can face fines up to $1,000, license suspension, revocation, or simply a reprimand.
