A former Orangetown supervisor has a new job. Westchester County Executive George Latimer announced Thom Kleiner, who ran Orangetown from 1996 to 2009 and who tried to become supervisor again last year, has been named executive director of the Westchester-Putnam Workforce Development Board. In a statement, Latimer called Kleiner a “valuable addition to the team” adding he’ll help make “Westchester a premier destination for businesses large and small.”
