1 1/3 to four years in prison. That’s the sentence for the Spring Valley man who pleaded guilty in a Ramapo “road rage” incident last June. Three month-old Mayer Braun was killed as he was being pushed in a stroller by his family along Route 59. 63 year-old Albert Gomez was angered after a cab driver cut him off, driving onto the shoulder near Robert Pitt Drive, striking the family as they were walking. Gomez pleaded guilty to manslaughter in November.
