A Spring Valley teen was one of three people arrested for criminal possession of a weapon following a traffic stop in Wallkill over the weekend. State police say 19 year-old Keimoni Spinks and 25 year-old Timothy Brown of Spring Valley were arrested along with 19 year-old Chayne Price of Middletown. Police say they found marijuana and a loaded .357 caliber revolver in the car. None of the suspects had a permit for the gun. They were arraigned in Wallkill Court and sent to the Orange County Jail.
