A Stony Point woman was killed Monday following a two-car accident in New City. Clarkstown police say 86 year-old Louise Ruffino of Stony Point died of her injuries late Monday night. The accident occurred at the intersection of Rt. 304 and Cosmos Lane Monday afternoon. An investigation is on-going. No tickets have been issued and no arrests have been made.
